Mango, Jicama and Raspberry Salad

  1. Combine watercress, jicama, mangos and raspberries in large bowl.
  2. For each serving: Toss 1 cup (250 mL) of the watercress mixture with 1 Tbsp.
  3. (15 mL) of the dressing; place on serving plate.
  4. Top with 2 Tbsp.
  5. (30 mL) cheese and 1 Tbsp.
  6. (15 mL) each almonds and onions.
