The Picasso
- 1 1/2 c. filtered water
- 1/4 c. frozen orange juice
- 1/4 c. cranberry juice
- 2 large bananas
- 1 tsp. ginger powder
- 1 Tbsp. protein powder
- 1/4 c. pressed tofu, sliced
- 1 handful raspberries
- 6 to 10 seedless grapes
- 1/4 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
- 1 small handful pine nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- In a blender, mix water, orange juice, cranberry juice and bananas for 30 seconds on medium speed.
- Add ginger powder, protein powder and tofu; blend for another 30 seconds.
- Add raspberries, grapes, Grape-Nuts, pine nuts, peanut butter, honey and vanilla; blend for 1 minute.
- Makes 5 cups.
