Stamina-Boosting Pork, Chinese Chives, and Bean Sprouts Stir-fry

  1. Put the pork into a bowl, season with ingredients, and lightly rub in (letting it sit for about 5 minutes).
  2. Briefly wash the Chinese chives and bean sprouts.
  3. Chop the Chinese chives into bite-sized lengths.
  4. Separate the shimeji mushrooms.
  5. Combine the seasoning ingredients.
  6. Pour vegetable oil into a pan, turn on the heat, and stir-fry the pork.
  7. When cooked through, add the Chinese chives, bean sprouts, and shimeji mushrooms.
  8. Continue stir-frying until soft and wilted.
  9. Add the combined ingredients, and mix to absorb the sauce evenly.
  10. Swirl in the sesame oil, and it's done.
