Bernie's Fudge Recipe
- 1 can Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Butter, or possibly margarine
- 3 2/3 c. Sugar
- 1 1/8 c. Brown sugar
- 13 ounce Hershey lowfat milk chocolate (candy bars)
- 2 ounce Bakers unsweetened chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
- 32 lrg Marshmallows
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts, (optional) or possibly more nuts
- COMBINE BUTTER, SUGAR AND Lowfat milk IN A LARGE PAN AND STIR Till DISSOLVED.
- STIR A FEW TIMES Till IT COMES TO A BOIL.
- COVER AND LET BOIL FOR FIVE Min WITHOUT STIRRING.
- REMOVE FROM HEAT.
- Add in MARSHMALLOWS AND STIR Till DISSOLVED.
- Add in CHOCOLATES, ONE AT A TIME Till MELTED.
- Add in VANILLA EXTRACT AND NUTS.
- POUR INTO A LIGHTLY GREASED TEN BY FIFTEEN INCH PAN.
- Chill AND CUT INTO SMALL SQUARES.
