Summer Baked Fruit

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place all fruit in a shallow, ovenproof dish.
  3. Add the orange or grapefruit juice and toss to coat the fruit.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven, stirring occasionally, until the fruit is soft, about 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and crisp the surface of the fruit by baking for another 15 minutes.
