Chicken Orange Bake Recipe

• 1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® Rice
• 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 c. orange juice
• Chicken parts or possibly breasts
• 1 pkg. onion soup mix

1. Place mushroom liquid in c., add in water to make 3/4 c..
2. Spray 13x9 pan with Pam.
3. Place all ingredients except chicken and onion soup in dish and mix well.
4. Place chicken pcs on rice in baking dish.
5. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
6. Cover with foil.
7. Bake 1 1/2 - 2 hrs at 350 degrees.
8. Serves 8.
