Easy & Creamy Lemon Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Juice room temp lemons.
  3. 6-7 lemons should give you 3/4 cup.
  4. Mix yolks & condensed milk in a medium bowl with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes or until mixture lightens up.
  5. Slow add in lemon juice - mix well.
  6. Pour mixture into the prepared crust.
  7. Bake on center rack of oven - 22 to 25 minutes- or until it is set.
  8. Let cool for an hour or two before serving.
  9. If desired, serve with whipped cream.
  10. Store pie in the fridge.
