Easy & Creamy Lemon Pie
- 4 egg yolks
- 14 oz can condensed milk
- 3/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice ( 6-7 lemons)
- 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
- 1 Prepared Whipped Cream ( optional )
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Juice room temp lemons.
- 6-7 lemons should give you 3/4 cup.
- Mix yolks & condensed milk in a medium bowl with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes or until mixture lightens up.
- Slow add in lemon juice - mix well.
- Pour mixture into the prepared crust.
- Bake on center rack of oven - 22 to 25 minutes- or until it is set.
- Let cool for an hour or two before serving.
- If desired, serve with whipped cream.
- Store pie in the fridge.
