Crab Snacks
- 1 stick butter
- 5 ounces sharp cheddar cheese spread 1 jar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 7 ounces crab meat
- 6 each english muffins
- Blend butter, cheese, mayo, salt and crabmeat.
- Spread on muffin halves.
- Freeze on cookie sheet.
- Then cut into wedges.
- Place into plastic bag and return to freezer.
- When ready for appetizers, broil in oven 10 to 12 minutes.
