The Ham Thing
- 1- 1/2 pound Thinly Sliced Deli Ham, Coarsely Chopped
- 1/4 cups Scallions, Finely Chopped
- 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Pickle Relish
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper
- 1 loaf Round Bread, To Serve
- Hint: to finely chop ham, use either a food processor or food chopper.
- Mix all ingredients (except bread) in a bowl till well blended.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
- Hollow out a round loaf of bread and fill the center with the dip.
- Serve with cubed bread or crackers.
