Swedish Chocolate-Oat Cookies
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. GEVALIA Espresso Roast
- 4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, melted
- 3/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- Add water to coffee grounds; stir until dissolved.
- Mix oats, sugar and cocoa powder in large bowl.
- Add butter, chocolate and coffee; beat with mixer until blended.
- Shape into 40 (1-1/4-inch) balls; roll in coconut.
