Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe madeline_friess

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2.5" muffins cups or line with paper baking cups.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix together the eggs and sugar.
  4. Add the pumpkin and oil.
  5. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients.
  6. Mix in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups (about 2/3 full).
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the tops spring back when lightly touched.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes in pan and then remove.
