Dark Beer Horseradish Mustard
- 1/2 cup dry mustard
- 13 cup beer, dark
- 1/2 cup horseradish prepared and drained
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds, black
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- Add dry mustard, dark beer, horseradish and brown mustard seeds in a medium bowl, and stir until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to calm down slightly.
- The next day, season with salt and pepper once more, and stir in a little bit beer if the mustard feels too thick.
- Store in a well sealed jar or container and keep it refrigerated.
