BJ's Italian Spaghetti
- 8 ounces spaghetti 1/2 package
- 2 each onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon lard
- 1 pound ground beef hamburgers
- 28 ounces tomatoes, canned 1 large can
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 small green bell peppers chopped
- 1 x chili powder Mexican, to taste
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- Cook long spaghetti, until done.
- Wash in cold water and drain.
- Cook onions in lard.
- When turning brown add hamburger and cook until done.
- Put tomatoes, celery, green pepper, Mexican chili powder, salt and pepper to taste, worcestershire sauce.
- Cook until celery is done.
- Add all other ingredients in pan.
- Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
- To heat add a little water.
- Sprinkle with shredded Italian cheese.
