Badam Doodh
- 14 cup almonds, blanched & roughly chopped
- 4 cups milk
- 14 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 -4 tablespoons honey
- 1 -2 leaf edible silver foil
- Heat milk in a thick heavy bottomed pan and bring to a boil.
- reduce the heat add the chopped almonds and simmer on low heat for 15- 20 minutes
- Add green cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and continue to boil for another 2 minutes.
- remove from the heat , add honey and stir.
- Serve warm in individual earthenware glasses garnished with silver warq.6.
