Firecrackers

  1. Cut cheese into sticks and wrap with egg roll wrap.
  2. wet the edge of wrap and press to seal.
  3. Gently drop into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  4. Let them sit for a minute and serve with salsa, sour cream, marinara, ranch-what ever your taste!
