Crunchy Hot Chicken Salad Recipe

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients; toss gently, set aside.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and water; beat with a wire whisk till smooth.
  3. Pour over chicken mix; stir well.
  4. Add in Large eggs, toss.
  5. Spoon into greased 2 qt baking dish; ; cover and chill overnight.
  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 min or possibly till thoroughly heated.
  7. Sprinkle with potato chips and cheese; bake additional 5 min.
  8. Serves 6to 8.
