  2. of the oil, the lemon juice, garlic and peanut butter in food processor.
  3. Process until well blended.
  4. Spoon into serving dish.
  5. Drizzle with remaining 1 Tbsp.
  6. oil; sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Serve with the crackers.
