Cheese & Bacon Quiche

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Prick bottom and side of pie crust with fork.
  3. Bake 8 min.
  4. or until lightly browned.
  5. Meanwhile, cook peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.
  6. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  7. Reduce oven temperature to 375F.
  8. Spread peppers onto bottom of pie crust; top with onions, cheese and bacon.
  9. Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over ingredients in pie crust.
  10. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
  11. Bake 45 min.
  12. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  13. Let stand 10 min.
  14. before cutting to serve.
