Pickled Radish
- 10 to 12 Radish
- 100 ml Vinegar
- 100 ml Water
- 3 to 5 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Wash the radishes well.
- Put water, vinegar, sugar, and salt into a pot.
- Bring to a boil, and turn the heat off.
- Put the radishes and pickling juice in a jar.
- Leave for a couple of days and it's done!
