Macaroni Seafood Salad Recipe
- 1 pound rotini (3 color twists)
- 1/2 pound crab flakes
- 1 (7 ounce.) can broken shrimp
- 3 ribs celery, thinly sliced
- 1 med. onion, finely minced
- 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1 sm. jar pimento, minced
- 4 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
- 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly to taset
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Cook rotini according to directions.
- Rinse with cool water and drain.
- Toss with next 7 ingredients.
- Stir in mayonnaise, mustard and salt and pepper to taste.
- Put into serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika.
