Turkey Chili
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 2 cups Salsa (I Use Pace, But Any Chunky Salsa Will Do)
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Garbonzo Beans (Chickpeas) With The Water From The Can
- 3 Tablespoons Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Powdered Mustard
- 1/4 cups Cheese (any Kind You Like)
- In a deep skillet or large pan, brown the turkey.
- Once browned, drain any grease.
- Return to pan with heat on low.
- Add all remaining ingredients, except the cheese, to the pan and stir until evenly mixed.
- Cover pan with lid and let it set on low for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, then add the cheese.
- Give a little stir and serve!
- We like this meal with a side of mandarins or a small green salad.
