Pork roast with honey-mustard glaze

  1. I cooked this low and slow @ 275F.
  2. Sprinkle gran.
  3. garlic to taste all over roast.
  4. put in roasting pan, cover and cook until you can smell the fragrance of the garlic.
  5. When top of roast looks white with garlic, is the time to make glaze.
  6. First take lid off roast and put back in oven.
  7. Mix all next ingredients together.
  8. It all goes according to taste.
  9. I used 1tsp.
  10. dijon, about 1tblsp.
  11. yellow and enough honey to make sweet but not desert
  12. add spices of choice-- I used flat leaf parsley, paprika and oregano, dried and ground
  13. pour glaze over roast and return to oven.
  14. Reserve some glaze to do second coating
  15. Cook to nice golden brown.
  16. I served it with Basmati rice, brussel sprouts and kernel corn with butter.
  17. I also made a gravy from the boiling water off the veg, thickened with Bisto and flour slurry.
  18. Turned out excellent!Everybody was going back for 2nds and 3rds.
