Chicken Succotash Stew Recipe

  1. In 8 qt Dutch oven over medium heat, cook bacon till browned.
  2. Remove bacon to paper towel to drain.
  3. Cut chicken into bite sized pcs.
  4. Combine flour and salt; coat chicken with flour mix.
  5. In drippings, cook chicken till browned.
  6. Add in potatoes, tomatoes, corn, lima beans, bouillon, and 3 c. warm water over high heat; heat to boiling.
  7. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 20 min or possibly till chicken and vegetables are tender.
  8. Sprinkle with bacon.
  9. Makes 6 servings.
  10. About 285 calories per serving.
