Macaroni Souffle

  1. Cook the noodles according to directions.
  2. Fry the meat with the chopped onions and the tomatoe puree in a skillet until meat is crumbly.
  3. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
  4. Grease a souffle pan and alternate noodles and meat mix in it.
  5. Make the sauce according to directions and pour over all.
  6. Cook in 350F (180C).
  7. oven for 30 minutes.
