Chinese Sesame Salad Recipe
- 1 head Chinese cabbage, shredded (Napa cabbage)
- 2 bunches green onions, sliced
- 1 box sesame seeds
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crunched (throw away seasoning packet)
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 pkg. sliced almonds
- Combine cabbage and onions; store in plastic bag.
- Brown sesame seeds, almonds, and noodles in butter and set aside.
- Bring remaining ingredients to a boil to dissolve sugar.
- Cold completely.
- Combine all ingredients and toss before serving.
