Lavender-Infused Gin

  1. Place the lavender in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add 2 cups of the gin and bring to a boil.
  3. Immediately remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  4. Add the remaining gin.
  5. Strain the mixture through cheesecloth into a bottle and discard the lavender.
  6. Store at room temperature away from sunlight.
  7. Will keep indefinitely.
