Cranberry Salsa
- 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries, Chopped
- 4 whole Large Plum/Roma Tomatoes, Chopped
- 8 whole Slices Of Jarred Red Jalapenos, Chopped
- 12 stalks Scallions, Chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 cups Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 whole Limes, Juice Of
- 2 teaspoons White Sugar
- Freshly Ground Salt And Black Pepper, To Taste
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and combine well.
- Serve chilled.
- In the unlikely event of leftovers, the salsa can be covered and refrigerated and will last for approximately 3 days.
