Geralds chili cheese tots with brats

  1. deep fry tater tots until crispy
  2. drain tots on paper towels
  3. deep fry bratwurst pieces until plump
  4. drain these on paper towels also
  5. in a large pan put half of your tots
  6. use 1 and a half cans of chili sauce to cover
  7. layer mozzarella cheese evenly
  8. now add your brat chunks evenly across the top
  9. add the remaining half of tater tots
  10. use the rest of your chili sauce over that
  11. evenly spread out the cheddar cheese on top of the chili
  12. bake in a preheated 400F oven uncovered until the chili is hot and the cheese is melted and gooey
  13. top with diced onions and enjoy you should be able to hear your arteries clog as your belly is filled
