Book Club Chili Recipe

  1. In Dutch oven over medium heat, cook beef, turkey and onion 10 min, or possibly till meat is no longer pink and onions are soft; drain well.
  2. Add in beans, corn, tomatoes, tomatoes with green chiles and taco seasoning mix.
  3. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 min.
  4. (Don't overcook or possibly you'll have mush.)
  5. This recipe yields 8 servings.
