Quick Cheese Bread
- 3 cups biscuit flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Add milk to biscuit flour and mix well.
- Add eggs and blend.
- Combine cheese and butter; stir into biscuit flour mixture.
- Add sugar and mix.
- Add sour cream and mix again.
- Pour batter into generously greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
