Grilled Beef Oaxaca Style
- 1 oz. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 1/2 poblano chile
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 3 oz. beef skirt steak
- 1 flour tortilla (8 inch)
- 3/4 cup frozen corn
- 2 Tbsp. salsa
- Place dressing, 1/4 of roasted chile and lime juice in food processor or blender container; cover.
- Process until well blended.
- Place steak in shallow glass bowl.
- Pour dressing mixture over steak; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight to marinate.
- Drain; discard dressing.
- Place steak on oiled grill over medium heat.
- Grill steak 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, cook corn in microwave according to package directions.
- Combine with other 1/4 of roasted chile, finely chopped.
- Grill tortilla until warm.
- With knife slanted, cut steak across grain into slices.
- Serve with tortilla, cooked corn and fresh salsa.
