Lemon Ginger Salmon

  1. Put onion, 1 tablespoon of butter, and ginger in a pan
  2. Brown onions till they become a clear/ light brown.
  3. Stir frequently.
  4. Slice salmon into bite size pieces and add to the pan.
  5. Add the other tablespoon of butter, lemon pepper seasoning, and a couple squirts of lemon juice.
  6. Cook until salmon is done
  7. Serve with sticky rice
