Lemon Ginger Salmon
- 12 oz salmon filets
- 2 tbsp salted sweet cream butter
- 1 tbsp freshly ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp lemon & pepper seasoning salt
- 1 fresh lemon juice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Put onion, 1 tablespoon of butter, and ginger in a pan
- Brown onions till they become a clear/ light brown.
- Stir frequently.
- Slice salmon into bite size pieces and add to the pan.
- Add the other tablespoon of butter, lemon pepper seasoning, and a couple squirts of lemon juice.
- Cook until salmon is done
- Serve with sticky rice
