Southwestern Salsa
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Rinsed
- 2 whole Avocados, Chopped
- 1 whole Large Tomato, De-seeded And Chopped
- 1 ear Corn, Kernels Only
- 1 bunch Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Minced
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- Salt To Taste
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined, adjusting salt to taste.
- Serve with chips or as a topping for fish or chicken.
- Enjoy!
