Berries Aux Creme D'orange for Chef Flower

  1. Rinse berries and set to drain.
  2. Slice strawberries.
  3. Dissolve sugar in liqueur.
  4. Place berries in a bowl and drizzle with the sugar/liqueur mixture.
  5. Toss gently to coat.
  6. Chill for 1 hour.
  7. Scoop 1/2 cup measure of ice cream into a bowl and top with 1/4 cup of the berries.
  8. Drizzle with juice and garnish with orange curls or coconut.
