Cholesterol Busting Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix eggs, butter, milk, and sugar.
  3. Add flour, soy flour, cinnamon, baking powder,salt, flax seed and nuts.
  4. Mix until blended.
  5. Do not over mix.
  6. Bake at 325 until firm about 20 minute.
  7. NOTE: Use paper muffin cups.
  8. Makes 18 muffins.
  9. they freeze well.
