Bacon Cheeseburger Queso Dip
- 1/2 lb. ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 oz. (1/2 8 oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- 2 tsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
- 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 5 oz. KRAFT Cheddar Cheese, grated and divided
- 4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, finely chopped
- 1 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Pickle Wholes, chopped for garnish
- tortilla chips, for serving
- Brown ground beef over medium heat.
- Do not drain grease.
- Sprinkle flour over beef.
- Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in milk and increase heat to med-high.
- Stir frequently until bubbly and thickened, about 6-8 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese, mustard and hot sauce.
- Add grated cheddar and stir until cheese is melted and well combined.
- Stir in bacon.
- Top with chopped pickles.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
