'Oyako-don' Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl

  1. Slice the onion thinly against the grain (so the onion to absorb more flavor).
  2. Cut the chicken into bite sizes.

  5. Cook through the chicken, turning over several times.

  7. Cover with a lid to cook through.
  8. Pour another beaten egg for soft-set eggs and add the scallion for garnish.
  9. Bring to a boil.
  10. Transfer to a bowl of rice and serve.
