Ranch Sausage Stars

• 1 packages original hidden valley ranch dressing mix (prepare according to the package directins)
• 1 packages 10 oz Jimmy Dean or Owens breakfast sausage, browned and drained
• 8 oz Mexican 4 Blend Cheese
• 1/2 cup green or red bell pepper, chopped
• 12 oz package of Wonton wrappers (or egg roll wrappers cut into 4th)

1. Mix the sausage, prepared dressing, bell pepper and cheese together and chill for 30 minutes
2. Preheat oven tp 350
3. Place 1 wonton wrapper in a lightly greased standard sized muffin tin
4. Bake 5-7 minutes until lightly golden brown
5. Remove from oven allow to cool
6. Add 2 tbsp of sausage mixture, return to oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese melts
