Juicy Lemon Apple Mold

  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in apple juice.
  4. Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  5. Add apples; mix lightly.
  6. Pour into 6-cup mold.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Unmold.
  9. Garnish as desired.
