Pecan Pie Sundaes

• 1 cup graham crackers or 1 cup ginger snaps, crushed
• 1 pint butter pecan ice cream
• 12 cup caramel topping
• 2 ounces pecans, chopped
• whipped cream (optional)

1. Place half cookie crumbs in 2 dessert dishes.
2. Top with ice cream.
3. Warm carmel topping per label directions.
4. Pour sauce over ice cream.
5. Top with whipped cream and pecans.
