Miso Soup with Shredded Cabbage

  1. Bring water and dashi stock powder to a boil.
  2. Turn the heat down to low and whisk in the miso.
  3. Add shredded cabbage and simmer for a little while.
  4. Sprinkle with ichimi spice if you like.
