Asian Chicken Salad

  1. Mix honey Dijon dressing, vinegar, sugar and oil; set aside.
  2. Toss lettuce with peppers, cashews and onions in large bowl.
  3. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.
  4. Combine CATALINA dressing, hoisin sauce, chili paste and garlic powder in separate large bowl.
  5. Add hot chicken; toss lightly.
  6. For each serving: Place about 3-1/2 cups of the lettuce mixture on serving plate; top with 2 chicken tenders and 1/4 cup won ton strips.
