Asian Chicken Salad
- 6-1/4 cups KRAFT Signature Honey Dijon Dressing
- 3 cups rice wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 9-1/2 gal. romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 qt. red peppers, chopped
- 6-1/4 cups cashews
- 3 cups green onions, sliced
- 6-1/4 cups KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
- 3 cups hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup sriacha chili paste
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- - hot fried chicken tenders
- 50 each won ton wrappers, cut into thin strips, fried
- Mix honey Dijon dressing, vinegar, sugar and oil; set aside.
- Toss lettuce with peppers, cashews and onions in large bowl.
- Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.
- Combine CATALINA dressing, hoisin sauce, chili paste and garlic powder in separate large bowl.
- Add hot chicken; toss lightly.
- For each serving: Place about 3-1/2 cups of the lettuce mixture on serving plate; top with 2 chicken tenders and 1/4 cup won ton strips.
