Crispy Herb Chicken

  1. Combine soup, lemon juice and rosemary in a small bowl.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken in soup mixture, coating completely.Place skin side up in a shallow baking pan.
  4. Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
  5. Bake, covered, in preheated 400* oven for 50 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle chicken with herb stuffing crumbs and bake, covered, for 10 minutes longer.
