Crispy Herb Chicken
- 10 34 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup or 10 34 ounces cream of celery soup
- 1 12 tablespoons lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
- 2 lbs chicken parts
- 34 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
- Combine soup, lemon juice and rosemary in a small bowl.
- Blend well.
- Dip each piece of chicken in soup mixture, coating completely.Place skin side up in a shallow baking pan.
- Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
- Bake, covered, in preheated 400* oven for 50 minutes.
- Sprinkle chicken with herb stuffing crumbs and bake, covered, for 10 minutes longer.
