Texas Caviar

  1. Stir together the dressing ingredients and pour over all the chopped veggies.
  2. Stir everything together and let sit 2 hours.
  3. Doesnt keep long in the fridge, only 1-2 days.
  4. To replace the zesty Italian dressing and fresh jalapenos, I add 1 cup pickled jalapenos and juice.
