Bean Salsa
- 2 cans Black Eyed Beans (a.k.a. Black Eyed Peas - Same Thing)
- 2 cans Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 2 cans Shoe Peg Corn
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1 whole Red Pepper Chopped
- 2 bunches Green Onion, Chopped
- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Sugar Or Splenda
- 23 cups Lite Olive Oil
- Stir together vinegar, sugar (or Splenda) and olive oil.
- Bring to boil and then cool.
- Pour over other ingredients.
- Serve with chips.
- This is a real crowd pleaser!
