Southwest Chicken

  1. Place chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag and add teriyaki marinade.
  2. I like to marinate these at least 8 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  3. Occasionally flip bag for best results.
  4. Heat traditional grill or George Foreman indoor grilling machine.
  5. When heated, grill chicken until done.
  6. While chicken is grilling, dice tomatoes and slice green onions, tops included.
  7. Turn on oven broiler.
  8. When breasts are done grilling, place them on a cookie sheet and top each one with a slice of provolone cheese.
  9. Place under broiler for about 2-3 minutes.
  10. Remove and place on plates and garnish with diced tomato and sliced green onions.
  11. Serve and delight your tastebuds!
