Southwest Chicken
- 4 pieces Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cups Teriyaki Marinade
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- 1 bunch Green Onions
- 1 whole Large Tomato, Diced
- Place chicken breasts in a Ziploc bag and add teriyaki marinade.
- I like to marinate these at least 8 hours or overnight for best flavor.
- Occasionally flip bag for best results.
- Heat traditional grill or George Foreman indoor grilling machine.
- When heated, grill chicken until done.
- While chicken is grilling, dice tomatoes and slice green onions, tops included.
- Turn on oven broiler.
- When breasts are done grilling, place them on a cookie sheet and top each one with a slice of provolone cheese.
- Place under broiler for about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove and place on plates and garnish with diced tomato and sliced green onions.
- Serve and delight your tastebuds!
