Avocado & Tomato Pita

  1. Toast and cut in half the pita.
  2. Mix the mayo, lemon juice, sugar and salt and pepper.
  3. Put the mayo dressing in each half of the pita and some cheese in as well.
  4. Then put one tomato slice in each half and 2 avocado slices.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit.
