Cheesy Tomato Bruschetta
- 1 loaf crusty bread, thickly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 cup grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese
- 3 tomatoes, finely diced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped basil
- Freshly black pepper, to taste
- Arrange bread on a baking tray.
- Drizzle over combined oil and garlic and bake at 220C for 5 minutes or until crisp and golden.
- Sprinkle bruschetta with 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese and top with combined tomato, onion, balsamic vinegar and basil.
- Top with remaining cheese, season to taste and serve.
