Custard & Cream / Jam & Cream Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 150.
  2. Cream butter and sugar together add eggs and whisk.
  3. Add flour and whisk.
  4. Bake and leave to cool.
  5. Cut off top of cupcake, remove middle with something circular.
  6. Add jam in half and custard with other.
  7. Top with cream and replace lid.
