Custard & Cream / Jam & Cream Cupcakes
- 250 grams butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 8 egg's
- 2 cup flour
- 1 carton whipping cream
- 5 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1 half tin custard ready made
- Preheat oven to 150.
- Cream butter and sugar together add eggs and whisk.
- Add flour and whisk.
- Bake and leave to cool.
- Cut off top of cupcake, remove middle with something circular.
- Add jam in half and custard with other.
- Top with cream and replace lid.
