A 3 Day Marmalade Recipe

  1. Cut sour oranges and grapefruit in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Cut the pulp and rind in slices.
  3. Measure.
  4. Add in 3 times as much water as fruit.
  5. Let the mix stand.
  6. 2 nd day:Boil the mix for 20 min at a hard boil.
  7. Set aside for the next day.
  8. 3 rd day:Measure the mix and measure an equal amount of sugar.
  9. Boil the fruit for 20 min, and add in sugar all at once.
  10. Stir.
  11. Boil 35 minutes.
  12. or possibly till a little jells on a cool saucer.
  13. Seal with paraffin while warm.
